Skaters Markets ships orders all over North America and throughout the world. Below you’ll find shipping information, and information on our return policy. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch!
When will my order ship?
T-shirts, hoodies, phone cases and tote bags will be ready to ship in 2-7 business days. Once the item has been shipped, an email will be sent out containing the tracking number.
Hair accessories will ship out in 1-2 business days.
Which shipping carriers are used?
We use the following shipping partners:
FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, USPS, UPS and dpd.
Are there Customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc.
Return Details – Please read carefully
To return any item, you must contact us at email@example.com for instructions and approval. A product purchased may be exchanged for another size ONLY if the item is in its original, unworn condition, in the same packaging they originally came in with all the tags still attached within 15 days of purchase.
Products returned with detached tags, damaged manufacturer supplied boxes or damaged product will either be refused or charged a restocking fee up to 50% depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.
Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back as well as shipping of the exchanged item. We suggest a traceable shipping method. Please keep your tracking numbers to properly document a safe return. Skaters Markets cannot assume responsibility for lost or misdirected merchandise.
Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your exchange product. If your exchange results in a balance owing, Skaters Markets will email an invoice for the difference and ship when paid. It may be faster to place a replacement order & return your item for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the product total only. Original shipping charges and & return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 days for the credit to post to your account.
We are not responsible for return shipping or re-shipping for an order that was placed incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged Package/Misprint/Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 72 hours after the product has been received. Please send us an email with photos of the product defect so that we may take further actions. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
